What types of properties do you finance?

We finance residential 1-4 unit rental, fix and flip and development projects.

What is the approval and funding timeline?

We offer next day quotes and typically fund within 21-30 days.

Who qualifies for your loan programs?

Our loan programs are available to both first-time and experienced investors. Foreign nationals and non-permanent residents also qualify with specific LTV reductions.

What is the Fix & Flip loan program?

Our Fix & Flip program provides financing for up to 85% of the purchase price and up to 100% of the renovation costs, ensuring fast and hassle-free funding for your project.

How do you qualify properties for rental and DSCR loan programs?

Unlike traditional bank financing, we qualify properties based on the rental income they generate, not your personal income, making it easier to scale your real estate business.

Do foreign nationals and non-permanent residents need to establish an LLC?

Yes, an LLC must be established for foreign nationals and non-permanent residents to borrow funds from us.
